IHSS OT

I have been a provider who has 135 hours. I am going to have another recipient who has 117 hours per month both of ours combine and divided by the week I am working 63 hours per week. So is 23 hours considered overtime? If so, how do I claim it?

also, does anyone know how travel time works please?
