First time masspay for streamate

Hello , so I recently transitioned to streamate from another site ,I selected masspay as payout option ( first time ) I’m yet to receive payment and it’s not showing in my payment history either . Contacted support and they’re being condescending. Has anyone ever experienced this I’m thinking of switching to crypto but I’m not sure how that will work considering the email on streamate is not the same as the one connected to my crypto account. Please help 😩
