Looking for a Monitor upgrade

Current using an asus strix xg32vqr, and its finally giving out as at times the screen turns on with what just seems to be light(backlight)? without ever displaying anything and i have to turn it on and off again for a couple of times just to have a display.

Any good budget enough monitors that have great color and a high enough refresh rate?
