Stance breaking in ng+7

I saw that carian sovereignty does 93 damage fully charged when both attacks hit but it’s still not enough in ng+7 even with stonebarb tear + great blade phalanx i can only stance break pcr after doing gb phalanx + carian sovereignty 3 times and by then he’s already in his second phase so i can’t even get the riposte and in his second phase i have no opportunity to even use carian sovereignty. Is it even possible to have a broken stance break build in ng+7? Starfist seem to perform well and quick but you whiff so easily and are there any summons besides the stormhawk that will boost stance damage or even just do a lot of stance damage with their attacks? Hearing the stance break sound is too satisfying is there anyone who has pushed stance break builds to the max?
