Men of India, how are yall finding people to date?

Answers from All :snoo_simple_smile::snoo_thoughtful:

So I recently got out of a 4-year relationship. I won't get into the details, but it hit me pretty hard and absolutely destroyed my confidence.

I don't want to jump into another serious relationship or use someone as a rebound. That's the last thing I want to do, but I do want is to relearn how to socialize with women. I got into a relationship when I was young, so I basically skipped the whole "dating around" phase. Now I genuinely have zero game. I overthink everything, don't know how to start conversations, and it feels like I've forgotten how normal people meet each other.

I dont wanna find "the one" tomorrow. I just want to be able to talk to women, go on a few dates if things click, and rebuild the confidence that I lost. After that, I plan to focus on improving myself and let things happen naturally.

So for those of you who've been in long-term relationships and had to start over:

- How did you meet new people?

- How do you actually approach women without being weird or forcing it?

- Are dating apps worth it, or should I focus on meeting people through hobbies, friends, gyms, etc.?

- What helped you rebuild your confidence after a breakup?

I'd really appreciate practical advice rather than "just work on yourself." I'm already doing that, I just genuinely don't know how people socialize and date anymore.
