looking for 3b2b felon and low credit score friendly

hello, me and two others are looking to rent a home. One is a felon,23, assault, us other two are 19 and 18, one without any renters history or credit. I have 6 months of State provided housing as i am in foster care. We are looking to see if any private landlords or any felon friendly homes are available for rent. credit scores for two are above 620. Very low debt, being paid. Monthly income abt 4200, annually abt 40,000. if anyone has any ideas or would be willing to rent to us, please let us know.
