Every Human in dubai going bald

Bro everywhere i see i notice people with visible scalps and other bald guy staring at that scalp missing his hair that he had a few days back. AND I AM LOSING HAIR TOO AFTER COMING HERE.

what do i do to prevent this. HELP!
