I hate getting stuck feeling like I hate everyone
I get into phases where I feel like I hate everyone. I hate all my friends. sometimes there’s 1 or max 2 people who are excluded from this (always the same 1-2 people). It often lasts between a hour to a week or so.
I wish I could snap myself out of this, because it feels super unproductive and it’s exhausting. it’s also so frustrating and isolating, and I hate feeling alone. I consider myself an extrovert so it feels really hard and confusing when this happens. something that usually helps me when I’m down is talking to friends, but obviously doing that doesn’t feel right in this situation. I have in the past, and told people I’m feeling this way, but it obviously doesn’t make ppl feel good (duh). and I’d hate to lie and saying “but not you”.
I’d love if anyone has any advice or experience doing anything for themselves that have helped in this situation, please share!
Maybe this is just the human/bpd experience and I have to just wait it out, but hoping there’s a way I can accelerate it at the very least.
If no advice comes to mind, having this just be a ranting is fine too.
