Day 2 of wedding venue options Waterford

We were going to have the day 2 at home but numbers are becoming bigger than planned so looking around at venues now.

Getting married in Faithlegg, day 2 would be great to have there but it doesn't start until 7pm.

I'm finding the price per heard to be shocking (€25+) in most venues. Can someone give some recommendations? Where have you been to a day 2 that had decent food and decent vibes?
