Running 4 sites in 3 states - any recommendations for a centralised RCM for multi-location practice

We handle all BH outpatient and have grown from 1 to 4 clinics in last 18 months. 2 of them are in our home state and other two are in neighbouring states. I want to centralise my billing across centres to reduce my costs primarily.

I want to ask

1. Is RCM centralisation a good idea? One billing team for all sites. I know it will reduce cost and improve our process but I am also worried about state credentialing which will vary and be tough for one centralised team to manage? Anyone with any experience on this?

2. Any particular software you would recommend for such a multi-location centres?
