stopped spiro and my hair is falling out in clumps. im losing hope

I had to stop taking spironolactone about a month and a half ago bc it’s just fairly expensive where I live and I’m too broke to afford it right now. I kept telling myself I’d find a way to buy the next refill, but I got super busy and time passed way quicker than I realized.

the past 2 weeks have been an absolute nightmare. my hair is falling out extensively. I can’t even run my hand through my hair without at least 5 strands coming out. I’ve already lost about 70% of my hair over the past 4 years, and if I lose any more im gonna break. on top of the shedding, I’ve noticed my hair is suddenly looking weirdly stringy.. groups of hairs are sticking together in these big separate strands and it looks so ugly and separated. It literally wasn't like this 2 weeks ago. I’m losing hair from all over my head, and the back of my head feels completely empty it is killing me.

for context I’ve been on 5% liquid minoxidil for a year and a half, but my hair is just getting progressively worse, especially at the front. I barely even have bangs anymore. idk what to do?? is there anyone else who experience shedding like this? i think its seasonal but im not sure lol i remember i started shedding hair at a similar time last year. I think august to december
