AP Bruiser Locke?

Not sure wether or not it would be great but building dusk and dawn first into rocket belt with either sorcs or glutton, then rift maker and then choices of shadowflame rabbadons or zhonya or maybe even spirit visage into an AP heavy team, no clue if this build would work or if its completely stupid but i wanted some input on it cause i was thinking he could be a pretty strong ap bruiser.
