Is this a secondary fungal infection ?

So I have had this eczema patch for 2 weeks ( in both the arms in front of the elbows ). It's so itchy . I can't even sleep properly. I am scared that I might scratch it too hard and it might start bleeding . I have heard that the flexure area is quite hard to treat . Someone pls help .
