Is using AI assistance 'cheating'? Many players must be using it.

As AI has gradually gets better in all domains at what point does it count as cheating?

"I'm round 4, struggling to counter unitX, this is my current setup (upload screenshot) tell me the best possible counter and any upgrades I should get, positioning , etc"

I think more and more players will be using AI for support and it seems potentially game breaking. Providing an enormous advantage to those who choose to use it.
