What are some good gear and clothes to wear?

Just got into the rod buster apprenticeship at my local and I’m curious what clothes or gear you guys wear for rebar work. I was. Told long sleeve shirts but I need some that are light or moisture wicking. What kind of safety glasses or any pants recommendations that will hold up? Thanks
