Want to buy rented standalone building for passive income at around 4 to 5 cr...

I'm looking out for a stable income property which has to be a standalone building in Hyderabad /Secunderabad...

My budget is between 4 to 5 cr....

The only condition being it should be multiple Tenanted property instead of one single Tenant..

I don't mind a commercial space too but only if its in ground floor road facing with at least 2 to 3 tenants instead of single tenant...
