Question on X50 mapping

I have a Prime Day X50 Ultra Complete arriving Friday and I've been reading up on it. One question I have- I have a tile kitchen floor with several throw rugs. I'll usually want to clean with the rugs in place, but will sometimes want to take them up for a deep-clean mopping of the tile. Will this confuse the robot's mapping, or can it handle this change?
