Aegrotat question

Hey guys, missed my exam today because I woke up really sick. Couldn’t get ahold of a doctor today at the GP so instead got a nurse's note saying I was unfit to sit it. The nurse told me to follow up with a doctor, so I have an appointment booked within the aegrotat timeline. Not sure if the doctor will give me extra documentation yet, but hopefully..

Since I have 7 days to apply, should I just submit the aegrotat tonight with just the nurse's note? Or should I wait until my doc appointment to see if I get more paperwork from the doctor and upload it all together?
