Went live on NetSuite a few months ago but the team still isn't really using it. What worked for you?

We went live on NetSuite about four months ago after outgrowing our old accounting setup. Technically the implementation went fine, but adoption has been a struggle. A chunk of the team is still running shadow spreadsheets, sales reps avoid logging things in CRM, and the warehouse guys do half their stuff on paper and key it in later (or don't).

I think part of it is training that didn't really stick, and part of it is that some processes feel clunkier than what they were used to. I don't want to have spent all this money and effort just to have people work around the system.

For those who've been through this. What actually moved the needle on adoption? Was it more training, redesigning workflows, getting better reporting in front of people, leadership pressure, or did you bring in outside help to fix it? Keen to hear what worked and what was a waste of time. Mid-market business, New Zealand if that matters.
