How to get clients as a new copywriter?

Hello! I write social media and commercial copy and started around 2 - 3ish weeks ago. I made my portfolio recently and have been trying to get clients but had no luck. I believe the portfolio's pretty good but don't exactly know where to look to get others interested, any ideas and feedback are appreciated!
