Computer crashes within minutes of startup everytime

This is my wife's PC. It operates on Windows 11. Sometimes it stays on for 10 minutes, sometimes for a few seconds. Within that timeframe it will either BSOD with a hypervisor error, or a system_service_exception 0x3B, or it will just crash and immediately start back up.

I have ruled out the power supply as I just replaced it because I thought it was that. It is also not overheating because I have checked CPU temps and they are normal. I feel lost as to how to fix this problem. I have checked Event viewer and all I have seen is Event 41. I haven't been able to dive too far in because it crashes quickly.
