Help with shiftlock(again)

I posted before that Mt shiftlock is not working but I didn't clarify enough so here I go

1. I am on Mac, my roblox works fine and my settings are on keyboard + mouse and shiftlock is on but when I click shift all it does is move the screen but that is it

2. It is not a developer disabled issue, I checked on games like tower of hell and Bloxburg which always let me use shiftlock

3. I have an iPad connected to the Mac because they share the same iCloud but the iPad is only connected when I screenmirror it and I would have to disconnect my iPad or Mac from the iCloud in order for them to be seperate which I doubt causes the issue and I don't want to disconnect my Mac from iCloud unless absolutely necessary

4. It worked before, but this happened like a day or 2 ago randomly when I was playing restaurant tycoon (my favorite game I love it)

Any ideas on how to fix it or am I fucked?
