Friends acting wierd

Ever since I began wearing short sleeves 2 of my friends (we are a group of 6) have become very distant and almost wary of me. Idk how to describe it but they are always looking at my scars on my arm and through my tights but just act weird about it. Not scared and not uncomfortable but just distant idk like they dont see me the same way anymore.

Ik this is probably true as yeah I guess it has changed how they view me but I hoped it would just be ignored like how my other friends do. They have stopped really interacting with me and when they are with me they are unusually quiet and kind of apprehensive about being around me.

Its not like I show fresh cuts or anything, on my arm I was covering it up with a bandage for ages until I felt it was socially acceptable to show and they were fine with that but since it came off its all an issue? Its my upper arm so idk if they didnt expect that was what happened... no asking me about anything tho.
