Growth & Community Lead for AI Agent Startup (Remote)
Hi all,
We're an early-stage AI Agent platform looking for our first marketing hire.
This is NOT a corporate marketing role.
You won't be spending your days making PowerPoints or sitting in meetings.
Instead, you'll help us grow an AI platform from the ground up by:
• Posting on Twitter/X
• Engaging on Reddit and Discord
• Recruiting AI developers and creators
• Running referral campaigns
• Talking directly to users
• Helping prepare Product Hunt launches
Our product uses a "Bring Your Own API Key" (BYOK) model. Users connect their own OpenAI, Anthropic, or Gemini API keys and only pay for actual usage.
Who we're looking for:
✓ Strong English writer
✓ Active on Twitter, Reddit, Discord, or LinkedIn
✓ Comfortable talking to technical people
✓ Doesn't mind hands-on work
✓ Can work independently
✓ Curious about AI
You do NOT need:
✗ Coding experience
✗ Paid ads experience
✗ Enterprise software experience
Compensation:
• PHP 30,000–45,000/month
• Remote
• Flexible hours
• Potential equity after milestones
