What are Malaysians actually buying the most online nowadays (TikTok Shop / Shopee)?

I’m not sure if this is the right subreddit to ask, but I’m curious and wanted to hear from people in Malaysia.

I’ve been in the e-commerce field for quite some time and have good experience. We started selling in Malaysia around a year ago and I’ve handled a few accounts, but those clients already had their own products Now I’ve got a new client who wants to start from zero and doesn’t have a product yet, so I’m trying to understand the market better.I know TikTok Shop and Shopee are very popular in Malaysia, so I wanted to ask: what are people actually buying the most these days? Not just products that go viral for one week, but things people consistently buy. Beauty? Gadgets? Home products? Fashion? Health products? Or anything else? Would love to hear your opinions. Thanks 🙏
