Need immediate assistance regarding refund. Unauthorized charge.

I started using base44 and bought the monthly basic package. On the website I misclicked and selected the $400 package and the site wouldn’t let me opt out or return back to the normal package.

Following that on 13th June I had selected for my account to be deleted because of not being able to opt back to the normal package. Base44 emailed me to confirm my account will be deleted.

Following the days after that they continuously tried charging me the $400 despite my account being deleted and all memberships cancelled. I messaged the AI support and it confirmed I will not be charged.

I tried logging a support ticket but the platform doesn’t allow you to log a ticket if you don’t have an account (as I deleted mine). I emailed your team on multiple occasions as the $400 charge was attempted on multiple occasions yet I received no response.

Today I wake up and see the $400 charge went off regardless and has now been deducted from my bank account.

I need an immediate refund.
