Gate to Sovngarde at 99, restart didn't help. How do I add the missing dependencies? (check picture)

It's my first time using a modlist, and it was going well, but it gets to 99% and then stops and gives me a warning. I check, and it's always the same 3 dependencies that are missing. No mod seems to be pending, just these.

I did open the game before starting to download. I didn't get the AE stuff because I don't have AE, but I wasn't prompted to add those optional files yet, so that is not what is missing.

Everything is a fresh install.

I tried restarting vortex, gets stuck here all the time. Yesterday's attempt gave the same result.

Is there a way for me to add the missing dependencies by myself? (I have used vortex with a manual made list years before, so i can do that that, i just don't know what to consider since this is a pre-made modlist)
