Pixel Warranty and Motherboard issue

Hello. It seems like google are making ways to not guarantee their warranty but the truth is their Pixel line have a lot of issues.

For context: My phone is Pixel 9. I bought my phone in a retail shop connected to Google Singapore last June 2025. I use it for messaging, social media, and basic internet usage. No water damage and no external damage. April 2026, my phone suddenly blacked out. First only the top part (camera part) displays light while the 90% of the screen was black. I repeatedly restarted but no response until it flickers red line on the top part then total black out. I have it shipped to Singapore but they said that it was the motherboard and they refuse to repair it under warranty. If it is the motherboard issue, they should fix it right? This is a known issue in their Pixel series but why do I have to suffer. They should have a better customer service and make a better phone that don't fry after months of usage only.

I recommend that if you want to buy a phone, just buy another brand.
