Motorcycle accident

I don’t know why this is bothering me, but Saturday afternoon I was driving on 41 South to meet family in the Chicagoland area and passed an accident where a motorcycle was down and a man was laid out on the ground not moving with his bike and his helmet about 100 feet down on the side of the road. It was before EMS came and I wondered if I should stop but I had two small kids in the car and there were a few people out already so I didn’t. I can’t find any reports about any motorcycle accident on the actual 41 corridor. I’m assuming that’s a good thing and perhaps he wasn’t hurt very badly? But I’m wondering if I’ve lost my mind. Maybe he just had to lay his bike down?

Anyone else see this and can confirm I’m not losing it? Not sure if I’m feeling guilty about “leaving him” or some other weird nonsense, but I have been trying to find info on this since it happened. It created a slow down in the area. Of course I can’t remember exactly where - perhaps by Ikea?
