Nedd help on my laptop freezing

So my laptop keeps freezing and when i viewd the event veiwer i got kernel 41 and 125 and kernelPNP idk why and idk how to solve this my laptop keeps freezing and i even factory resseted it means everything is gone also this began a day ago whrn i installed games off steamrip and everything worked fine and i cant even watch videos or play games my laptop is a ideapad slim also yes i have a cooling pad so its not a overheating problem and i even tried the sfcscannow / and chdsk /f /r and it kept stopping when it was trying to fix it please i really need help cuz i this is my last laptop given to me
