What episode? Patsy cursing describing magazine cover?

There is this episode where Patsy is just using every bad word for a woman to describe the words she wants on the magazine cover over the model, sort of like reclaiming those words. (Think Dixie Chics cover over the Bush controversy) and ends it with lovely shoes. I think.

I can’t find it. Help!
