Lvl 99 ninja guidance

Hey I’m a new player who just started FF11 about a month ago and I’m loving it so far but I feel lost now.

I recently got my NIN to 99 and have ambu+2 gear along with kaja sword and katana. I also finished all of the stories, (except SoA) so now I’m wondering what I should be working towards next?

Other than malignance gear, I really don’t know what relic/AF/Empyrean gear I should be focusing on.

Or weapons.

Sorry if this seems like a noob question, but I would appreciate the help !
