Make HP more realistic

HP in this game is always almost double what it is in real life. For example I recreated a carburetor for 4.9 300 i6 and it made nearly 300 hp.

Anyone who’s had the privilege to drive a truck with a 4.9 these trucks can’t even keep up on the highway (though reliable as a brick)

Let alone make more HP from the mustangs of the 4.9 era
