Nature activity suggestions

Wanna get out into nature more this summer. I know there are a lot of great hikes near or close by Vancouver. But I’m not the most athletic person so.. would love some suggestions for simple beginner-medium level hikes!!

But, ESPECIALLY!!! I would also love to hear some suggestions that are nature based but not necessarily hiking!!!
