“More credits needed”

Why do I keep getting this error when I have enough credits to fulfil my request?

2 days ago it told me I needed more credits for a 189 credit video, when it said I had 1100 remaining? As soon as I upgraded, the issue went away, but I already had enough credits to complete that particular task.

Today once again it’s saying I need more credits when I have enough to complete the task I need.

Appreciate any insight!
