Samsung A07 mobile data problem

So i currently have an iphone 15 pro max with samsung A07 which i use for hotspot and calling. It works perfectly fine until i use the mobile data , it sucks. It is slow and sometimes it does not even work at all. I live in lahore and i have other phones in my house which work fine on data. Is it a samsung issue or what? And when i call somebody and use the hotspot after call, it works fine but stops working after 15-20 mins
Please help
