HGH price decent? 10iu vialx10 103euro

Hello,
A vendor quoted me 10iu vial (3.33) for 10 vials as 103euro including shipping.

Is this a good price or is it easy to find it cheaper?

It's the first vendor I found with HGH since I got interested. So not sure of the going price.
