4th Slot on Sandrone's Team?

I'm using Sandrone with C1 Yae Miko and C6 Qiqi and I don't know who's best to put on the 4th slot since I have a lot of options.

My options are C0 Escoffier and C2R1 Xilonen. I also have C6 Beidou, C6 Fischl, C6 Diona, C0R1 Ineffa, and C0 Raiden Shogun.

Like how big is the dmg difference between C0 Escoffier, C2R1 Xilonen, and the others?

I'm also wondering which weapon is best used for Yae Miko when paired with Sandrone? I currently use R5 Widsith on her (very outdated build) and I have an extra copy of R1 Nahida sig and R1 Columbina sig lying around in my inventory.
