I passed out on the stairs and hit my head, considering medical attention, AIO?

I have an eating disorder, and for the first time I passed out. I was on my staircase, luckily near the bottom, when I fainted, hitting my head and bruising my cheek before coming to. Obviously it's not good, but is it serious enough to seek medical attention or am I overreacting and likely just got up too quickly or something?
