299 Recharge not showing

So last night my recharge expired and I tried to do recharge of 299 from official Airtel app. All the 4 tries were unsuccessful. Also tried from BHIM UPI App but that was also unsuccessful.

As of today morning when I tried, this recharge option is not showing to me neither on official app nor any other platforms. I am an trying to understand how is this possible. Is this new scam to force me to do recharge of 349/- ?

Note: I ported from BSNL to Airtel last month and was able to make first recharge of 299/- only.

Have some else faced same issue ?
