Buying advice please.

We are currently building our home and I had a guy run a ton of speaker wire all over the house for indoor and outdoor ceiling speakers and TV HDMI in-wall runs. How do I decide between the Amp Ultra or just Amp Pros? I'd really like to take advantage of the Prime sales. I would like to broadcast the TV audio or music from our phones across the entire home or just certain rooms (several combinations if possible)

Thanks in advance for the help!
