Addon with ai auto dubbing

Is there any addon for auto dubbing content on the go using ai like the YouTube autodub feature that works well with torrentio??

If no how hard would it be to make one. Are there technologies available that could be integrated? I know that there are some websites that have ai models where you can dub MP4 files but could something like this be integrated in stremio???
