Item transfer

Not sure if there is still a community. There used to be a stash storage in Korovie village where you can trade items between characters. Haven't played in a while and saw it's gone. Lost a few stuff there btw. I have 2 characters and want to transfer everything to 1 character. I've seen that you can use the premium storage but that doesn't work for everything. I've tried both the normal stash as well as premium stash but can't use that. How can I transfer everything including money from one character to another?
