Authenticator not working

Hello team,

I am experiencing an issue logging into MapleStory today. While I typically log in via email, I am now prompted to authenticate myself. I usually receive an email containing a code that I use to log in, but for some reason, I am unable to access these options. The only available options are backup codes or Google Authenticator, but neither of these methods is working.

As a last resort, I am considering reaching out to support, but I am unable to log into my account. I am at a loss for what to do next.
