Need some career + Bengaluru relocation advice

I have 5.6 years of experience and currently work as a Project Manager in Hyderabad with a package of 8 LPA.
I recently received an offer from Indegene, Bengaluru:
● CTC: 13 LPA
● Fixed: 12.5 LPA
● Variable: 0.5 LPA
This is roughly a 56% hike on my current package.
However, my current company has assured me that I have stability here until Sep 2026, and I also have some important personal plans:
● Engagement planned around Nov 2026
● Marriage planned around Feb 2027
I’m trying to evaluate whether relocating to Bengaluru makes sense at this stage.
A few questions:
1. Is 13 LPA (12.5 fixed + 0.5 variable) considered a good offer for a Project Manager with 5.6 YOE?
2. How is Indegene in terms of work culture, growth, WLB, and variable payout?
3. If the office is near Manyata Tech Park, what would be the realistic monthly living cost for a single person?
4. What are the current rents for:
● PG
● 1RK
● 1BHK
● Shared 2BHK
in areas like Thanisandra, Nagawara, Hebbal, and nearby locations?
5. Considering my upcoming engagement and marriage plans, would you take the offer or stay in Hyderabad and continue searching for something even better?
Would appreciate inputs from people working in Bengaluru, especially around Manyata Tech Park and those who have worked at Indegene.
