Age 22. Trigger Finger HELP!? Currently smoke weed and cigs.

I came here to ask you good people, doctors, would know how to cure a stuck ring trigger finger?! I’ve recently only just got it maybe a couple weeks ago from working construction. At first it would just snap back and fourth, and just now it got stuck while bent. It feels like I would get paralyzed if I try snapping it back😂🤦🏽‍♂️. Please HELP!!!! I’m scared
