Anyone have any leads on a 2 bed in kitsilano? Looking to start anytime between August and December for long term. What is the average rent $ there?

I never see any rentals online I know people have said you have to drive around and look at the apartments sign for rentals there but thought I could ask. Maybe someone is planning to move out this year lol. Also when would be the best time to drive around and look? The 16th? 2nd?
