Perk Progression

Hello, folks.

I mainly have a quick question to see if I'm going insane or not, but; does Hazard's perk progression seem extremely slow compared to other characters? I don't know if it's just me, but I can be dominating and it will still take forever to just get my minor perk. Meanwhile, I can do barely anything as Roadhog and already be halfway to my major perk.

I don't know if there's something specific that assists with Haz's progression, but he feels weirdly slow, so I wanted to see if it's just a skill issue on my part or if I'm not alone in this issue.
