To go or not go administrative

Discussion

I have a campaign where I play as Buddhist Pontus. I've also married my dinasty and they control like 14 kingdoms with 5 more to come, from papua to india.

I created a costum empire from Pontus, Nikea, Thesalonika, Anatolia, Georgia, and Bosporus. The whole idea behind it was to play with form the bosphoran kingdom.

Now I got the choice to go administrative. But why would I? I feel like, while better, it would only add to the tedium with political schemes. The years already go by pretty slowly, the year is 1030 ish.

And most of all I don't want to compete with all the cadet duchies my dinasty has. Palace politics means pretty much every duchy that I've granted to my family (all of them besides Alania) is its own cadet branch.

So what do ya'll say should i go admin?
