Need advice: Pilot Capless / Vanishing Point: F vs M nib choice

Hello everyone! I am considering Pilot Vanishing Point and wondering if I really love Pilot Metropolitan M and Twsbi Eco EF and Pelikan M600, would the closest line width to these is Pilot VP F or M nib please?

I was thinking of getting the M one but I do heard that pilot VP writes broader.

Anyone have either of these to help advice please? :D
